    Commercial Real Estate

Looking for commercial property to buy or lease can be a time-consuming process, especially if you don’t know the market. Often, companies exploring the possibility of expanding into or relocating to the Seattle area aren’t ready to work with a commercial broker, yet want some indication that a property that meets their specifications is available at a reasonable price.

The EDC maintains a database of commercial and industrial properties, and can quickly assemble a portfolio of options that will meet your needs without any obligation. We also work closely with commercial brokers and tenant representatives, as well as local development officials, so that we can offer accurate and timely information on zoning, permit requirements, utility cost and availability, and local incentives. We can also arrange for area tours for corporate representatives.

Contact us  for more information on your specific commercial real estate needs.
